The strength of anything is measured by its foundation. The height of a structure is determined by the depth and strength of the foundation below. The quality of manufactured goods depends upon the research and skill of design invested. The measure of a man depends totally upon the foundation of the spiritual character of his physical and intellectual strength. 

So, don’t confuse the issue: Jesus came in the power of the Almighty God – a power level greater than any earthly power. The foundational measure of His power is God – all power! If we confuse the issue, thinking this Man is meek and mild, hesitant and soft-spoken, we never possess the disciples’ mandate: He calls disciples and gives them power and authority over all demons and diseases (Lu 9:1). Jesus is not just a higher power, He is the highest power and He disciples (teaches) and then apostles (sends) us with His power to raise men from the death of their condition, to Life!
